SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time:

The time needed to prepare an order ranges from 1 to 3 working days for pre-made items and up to a month for made to order items. Customer will be notified of any changes in timing.

Estimated shipping times from dispatch: (these may vary due to COVID)

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days

North America: 1-2 weeks

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method used. We currently use Australia Post for all shipping.

All small orders are currently shipped as letters without tracking to enable the cheapest shipping option for our customers. Larger orders and custom orders will be shipped with tracking and this will be given to customers once shipped.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This may at times cause delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery at customercare@leisel.com.au and I will respond with the correct returns procedure.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery and a refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the return.

I don't accept cancellations unless the item has not yet been shipped.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we will endeavour to assist as best we can.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders all made to order items

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Repair

If for any reason there is an issue with your piece later down the line please get in contact. Return for repair is always welcome and free of charge as we want our pieces to last a lifetime.
