  • What methods of payment can be used?
    Currently Paypal and Stripe can be used as a method of payment
  • Is it possible to return my order?
    Customers have 14 days to contact customercare@leisel.com.au to organise a return. Only pieces in there original unused condition can be returned. Customers then have 30 days to return the pieces for a full refund or exchange. Made to order pieces cannot be returned.
  • What do I do if I have questions about a product?

  • Who do I contact for wholesale enquiries?

  • Are all products 100% silk?
    All silk products we sell are made from 100% silk fabrics however accessories including elastic, thread and buttons are not.
  • Are all pieces sold on the website handmade?
    All the pieces we sell have been handmade in Melbourne, Australia
  • Where can I purchase your products in person?
    At the moment we sell primarily online through our website and etsy store https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/leiselhandpainted We also sell at markets around Melbourne, so please follow us on instagram @leisel.v or subscribe to our email list to see when our upcoming markets are to be held
  • How do I care for my purchase?
    All pieces are made from silk/cotton/wool therefore require specialised care. Care information will be included with all purchases and can be found in the product descriptions
  • Can I place and order to be sent as a gift?
    Of course! Please just specify this at the checkout and we will ensure your order is packaged specially
